EXHIBITION IN A VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT –
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
The access to the Exhibition Hall is granted to registered participants via the Virtual Conference Centre.
As you might have already seen, we have now managed to setup the whole conference in a MS-Teams virtual environment in collaboration with the Universiteit Utrecht in the Netherlands – a big achievement and thanks to many contributors. We would like to see you present at GeoUtrecht 2020 as a sponsor. It will enable you to get access to a large geoscience community via the virtual conference environment which will not just have public plenary talks, scientific talks run in parallel sessions but also an exhibition hall, networking spaces, a coffee shop, individual events and many other utilities which will actually bring you a lot closer to participants than ever before – a clear benefit in the current circumstances which do not allow face-to-face meetings in the EU. Obviously, a virtual conference setup also reduces your costs and resource requirements.
Therefore, I would like to encourage you to join us at GeoUtrecht 2020 as a sponsor and to make use of this unique opportunity in the newly established virtual meeting environment.
If you have any further questions on the sponsor packages, please feel free to get back to us. We will be happy to let you know any further details and, together with you, work out the most suitable solution for your business or organization to get in touch with a large geoscience community in Central Europe.
